ZC Dream Photo Editor is an easy-to-use program that gives you access to some basic image editing tools which help you crop, rotate and add shadows to a picture. Even though its name states one thing, my belief is that this application is more of a photo collage maker than a picture editor.
With just a few steps, you can create your own photo album by opting for the proper collage templates, picture border, and background image configurations. A good thing is that the program allows you to save your work as a project in case you plan to use it later.
A big disadvantage of the application is that it offers you tacky templates when creating a photo collage. Plus, the program comes with too few editing tools; for instance, I would find it very handy to have access to a configurable brush, visual effects and color filters.
My belief is that this application definitely needs some improvements, as I mentioned previously. In addition, when it comes to creating a photo collage, ZC Dream Photo Editor fails to deliver professionally looking results. Therefore, I think that you can find better solutions on the Internet, no matter whether you're looking for a photo editor or a picture collage maker.
